  This is by far the most inconvenient H&r block I have ever visited! I scheduled an appointment so that I could hurry it along a little even though they advertise "walk-ins welcome", all over the place; upon arrival I wait FORTY FIVE minutes! Why did I even make the appointment? I asked myself that same question multiple times. Was there an apology for my wait of that long, not one! Thanks for showing how much you appreciate my business! I file my taxes with a woman who acts as though we've been friends forever. Halfway trough my taxes she answers her cell phone because it wasn't on silent and has probably a fifteen minute conversation about how she's going to be late to whatever it was, because she is stuck at work... thanks, again! This woman has no clue what she was doing when it came to my taxes and couldn't spell a word for the life of her. Now two days later I am left to sit and wonder what the FOUR HUNDRED dollars that I paid them went to because my return was rejected by the irs. Way to go guys, thanks for the help! I will NEVER visit this location again as long again I don't have to. Guess I'll be on the phone with them to figure out what my new BFF did wrong while I so rudely interrupted her plans for that evening...
